Their handmade pasta is absolutely sublime – try the tagliatelle al ragù di agnello, where tender local lamb is slow-cooked to perfection. The arrosticini, Abruzzo’s famous grilled lamb skewers, are a must-order, perfectly seasoned and cooked over an open flame that fills the air with incredible aromas.
